“Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive?”
No. Many of our clients provide us with a key, door code, or a garage code. As a fully bonded and insured company clients can trust our team to care for the home when they are away. If they prefer to be present that’s okay too!
“How do I prepare for house cleaners?”
To help us clean efficiently as possible, we recommend picking up clothing, toys, as well as personal items before our arrival.
“What cleaning tasks are not included?”
The following are things not normally included in our house cleaning:
- Washing large amounts of dishes
- Laundry
- Heavy lifting or moving of large furniture
- Exterior window cleaning
- Pest removal
“Can I provide your team with special instructions?”
Sure! Sometimes there are rooms you’d rather us skip, or an order you’d like us to address rooms to allow for home-office meetings. If there are special products you’d like us to use or avoid, or special attention you’d like given to certain areas, let us know about these when booking the service.
“Will I be able to have the same cleaners come to my house each time?”
We do our best to send the same cleaning team for regular clients whenever possible.
“Is it OK if my pets are there when the cleaners come?”
Yes! We love pets.
“Is your cleaning team fully insured?”
