• Office and Workspace Cleaning: Dusting and disinfecting desks, shelves, phones, and light switches.
• Restroom Sanitation: Disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors. Optionally, we can also restock paper towels and soap.
• Floor Care: Daily vacuuming of carpets and mopping of hard floors. We can also perform periodic deep floor maintenance, including tile and grout cleaning and stripping/waxing hard floors
• Breakroom Cleaning: Wiping down and disinfecting tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and other high-use surfaces.

▶ Can you clean manufacturing facilities?

Yes. In fact, we’ve had great success with industrial partnerships. We’ve worked with facilities like FedEx and Gilbarco in the past, and our staff is familiar with the requirements of various types of manufacturing clientele.

▶ Can cleaning schedules change as our business grows?

Absolutely. While we create customized plans for businesses we clean for, our aim is to be a long term solution for you. As your staff and facility change, we are always happy to revisit your needs and allocate our team as needed.

▶ How often should a commercial building be deep cleaned?

The answer depends on several factors, including the type of facility, the amount of foot traffic, the industry, and the scope of the cleaning contract.

At Carolina Services of the Triad, we believe a well-designed cleaning program should include routine cleaning along with scheduled periodic services, such as floor care, carpet cleaning, high dusting, and other maintenance tasks. When these periodic services are built into the contract and performed as scheduled, a separate “deep cleaning” is often unnecessary.

If additional cleaning is needed beyond the agreed-upon scope of work, those services can be performed upon request and are typically quoted and billed separately from the regular cleaning contract.

▶ Do you clean after business hours?

Yes, absolutely. In fact, most of our commercial customers prefer that we clean after business hours because it allows us to perform our work without interrupting their employees or daily operations.

We work with each customer to determine the schedule that best fits their business. Once a schedule is established, we’ll coordinate building access using whatever method they prefer, whether that’s keys, access cards, lockboxes, or alarm codes. Our staff is trained to follow each customer’s security procedures, and we’ll ensure the building is secured and the alarm is set before leaving.

▶ Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we do. We provide all of the professional cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals needed to perform the cleaning services outlined in our contracts.

Consumable products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash liners, and similar restroom supplies, are typically supplied by the customer. Our staff will restock these items during each cleaning visit using the inventory provided. We also assist customers with tracking inventory and recommending when to order additional supplies.

If a customer prefers not to manage these products themselves, we also offer a consumable supply program. We can purchase, inventory, and replenish these items as part of our service for an additional charge. Many customers find this to be a convenient option because it eliminates the need to monitor inventory and place supply orders.

▶ Is there a difference between janitorial services and commercial cleaning?

Often the terms are used interchangeably. Tangible differences are that janitorial services tend to mean regular, ongoing cleaning maintenance. Commercial cleaning can refer to larger scale cleaning, specialized deep cleaning, and disinfection services that go beyond day-to-day needs. If you were planning a special event, for instance, and needed a before or after cleaning treatment, that might fall into ‘commercial cleaning’ as a blanket term.
