Our multi-step employee screening and hiring process includes:
- Two Step Interview Process – Phone & In-Person
- Character Reference Checks
- Drug and Alcohol Testing when deemed appropriate
- State Background Investigation (National is available upon request)
- State Criminal Records Check (National is available upon request)
We take our client and employee safety as our number one priority. A safe workplace and an empowered employee is the largest factor in success in the service industry.
Every employee is escorted by our Director of Operations as well as the Site Manager to meet all client personnel that they will interact with. A tour and procedure is reviewed at each new location to ensure understanding and satisfactory communications.
